Digital download terms

Single-purchaser licence

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase licenses the resource to one individual purchaser. A teacher may reproduce student-facing pages for students in one classroom during the purchaser’s own instruction.

Not for redistribution

Files may not be posted publicly, shared across a school district, resold, uploaded to file-sharing services or distributed as part of another commercial product.

Digital product refunds

Because downloads are delivered immediately, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable. Contact us if a file is damaged, incomplete or does not download correctly so we can provide a replacement.

Commentary and trademarks

Film-related resources are independent educational commentary. Referenced titles, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Castle Books is not sponsored by or affiliated with those rights holders.
